Hi! I am Elisabetta Maggi, a Certified Family Therapist, creator of the Find the purpose of your Life Process™ that combines the best of Psychosynthesis, Meditation & Imagery and Transpersonal Coaching.
I offer my personal experience coping with constant changements and transitions in my life for the last 30 years, living and working in 4 continents.
I guide my clients to get in touch with their serenity, despite the confusion in their lives and to access to their innate transpersonal nature. This part of human nature relates to peace, wisdom, purpose and oneness.

Together we design coping strategies that respond to both psychological and social distress. Families coming from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds need support to adjust successfully to a different culture and environment in order to acquire skills and tools to grow as multicultural beings, and cope and function more effectively within different cultural settings, work places, and school systems as well.
Women’s Circles Sisterhood
In this sacred healing feminine space we care for one another and learn to care for ourselves.
We explore songs, meditation, story telling, counseling, quiet rest, herbs, cooking and we share our stories and experiences.
We learn strategies to overcome stress and how to be more gentle with ourselves.
Meditation & Imagery Workshops
Through mindfulness-based therapy, my clients gain three essential skills: self-regulation, self-state awareness and self-compassion.
Participants will experience a different meditative practices customized to their needs.
All are welcomed and no prior experience with meditation is necessary.
