I combine Psychosynthesis, Meditation and Transpersonal Coaching to help my clients cultivate wisdom, purpose, connection and oneness. This interdisciplinary practice brings life to my coaching model: “Find the purpose of your Life Process™.”

Private sessions for individuals
I lead you in a journey of self-awareness and self-discovery aligned with meaning, purpose, needs and values. Through an empowering supportive problem solving approach and a strategic plan, we co-create new life projects.
I will help you overcome emotional triggers, unconscious beliefs that keep you stuck and overcome obstacles to transform crisis into opportunity for growth and change.
You will learn how to cope with transitions, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues and existential vacuum to experience physical and mental wellbeing.
The specific methods vary in accordance with each individual and could include:

- A wide range of techniques, activities to elicit self-discovery and creativity.
Intercultural Families sessions
Together we design coping strategies to respond to both psychological, and social distress. Families from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds need support to adjust. Acquiring skills to grow as multicultural beings, will allow to cope more effectively within different cultural settings, work places, and school systems.
This process takes care of the whole family.
The number of sessions will depend on each client or family needs. This is not a long therapy process. In average, I recommend 8-10 sessions.
This is a sisterhood: a safe, supportive, empowering environment where women are able to explore techniques of meditation and imagery. This experience will help promote and create balance, inner peace and joy in daily life.
In these meetings we find our voices, claim our power and celebrate our self worth for personal and planetary transformation.
In this sacred feminine space we care for one another and ourselves with healing, song, meditation, story telling, council, and quiet rest. We care for ourselves by learning more about our bodies and our ways of dealing with adversity.
Circles are versatile, allowing us to communicate with others in a way that is non-hierarchal, equal and respectful in order to foster a community.

Meditation and Imagery workshops
This is designed to create your self-care tool kit, available to you 24/7.
I organize different thematic workshops wherever I am in the world. I am also available to bring the workshop to your organization or company, tailoring to different settings and needs.
Through mindfulness-based therapy, my clients gain three essential skills: self-regulation (the ability to be self-aware and to self-soothe in situations of emotional intensity); self-state awareness (the ability to identify habitual coping strategies and step out of them); and self-compassion (the practice of diffusing shame and self-criticism through a deeper form of self-acceptance).
Prior meditation experience is NOT necessary.
